The line is manual self-centring chucks, master-jaw (MTJ) chucks, accuracy-adjustable chucks, independent four-jaw chucks, open- and closed-centre power chucks, spindle adapter plates, and hydraulic rotary cylinders.
We sell into automotive and tooling plants. There is no cart and no price list on this site — a person looks at the RFQ and sends an offer.
Materials
Self-centring chuck bodies are Grade 25 semi-steel, 180–210 BHN, with hardened and ground jaw ways. Jaws are case-hardening steel, 55–60 HRC. Scrolls and pinions are alloy steel, 40–45 HRC. Scroll bores, threads, and jaw teeth are ground from both sides. On 160–315 mm self-centring chucks, accuracy is held under 0.05 mm. Wearing parts are interchangeable.
